Ian now spends most of his time working away from the office, utilising his knowledge and experience, sourcing, acquiring and developing new sites for investors and landlords but still providing hands on support to the Pridea team.

Sarah is a key member of the Pridea team, serving as our Sales Manager while also managing all HR responsibilities within the company. With over 5 years of experience in the industry, including a background in lettings, Sarah brings extensive knowledge and expertise to her role. As a local to Lincoln, she has a deep understanding of the area, which she applies in her daily work, particularly when dealing with investors. Sarah is known for her warm and welcoming personality and is always willing to go the extra mile to help. Her dedication and professionalism make her an invaluable asset to the team.

Chris Hough

Chris Hough Lettings Manager

With eight years of experience in the lettings industry, Chris has worked across both traditional High Street agencies and hybrid property companies, gaining a comprehensive understanding of the sector. Starting as a Property Manager in Boston, Chris developed expertise in viewings, marketing, tenancy agreements, and compliance. Over the years, Chris progressed to roles such as Head of Compliance and Training and Director of Property Management, managing a portfolio of 1,100 properties across London and major UK cities. Joining Pridea Sales & Lettings was an exciting step for Chris, as the company’s vision aligns perfectly with their own passion for helping landlords navigate the ever-changing legislative landscape, particularly the Renters' Reform Bill set to take effect by mid-2025.

Marta has worked alongside Ian since 2011 helping to build the business to its current success, having worked in all aspects of the business she provides consistency and support to the rest of the team.

Always happy to help clients she deals with clients on an individual basis offering accounts support and services to suit individual requirements.

As a dedicated apprentice at Pridea, Oliwia is currently working towards her Level 3 Housing and Property Management Apprenticeship.

She is fully immersed in the learning process, gaining valuable experience while conducting property viewings and providing support to both our current and prospective tenants. Oliwia’s hands-on approach and eagerness to learn make her a key part of the team.
